Garage Parking

Free secure garage parking is provided with your booking with a height limit of 1.9 meters.

Reception Hours

Reception Hours are: Mon-Fri 9am-4pm Sat-Sun 9am-11am Closed on Public Holidays Arrivals outside of office hours will be provided with after-hours contactless check-in instructions.

Noise Policy

Parties are not allowed on the premises. For the enjoyment of all others, we require guests to respect the noise curfew after 10:00 pm. Guest must comply with all directions by management. If management or security is required to visit you due to complaints of excessive noise, a call-out fee will apply. The second incident of noise will result in eviction without a refund. We do not take responsibility for any noise from neighboring properties.

Do you take a "Pre-Authorization"?

A credit card "pre-authorization" will be taken on arrival to cover loss, replacements, damage to the apartment or common property, or extra cleaning required that has been caused by the guests.

Do you allow visitors?

Unfortunately, only nominated guests may stay in the apartment due to COVID safety and regulations. Unpaid guests staying will result in eviction without a refund.

Schoolies

Bookings consisting of only guests between 17-19 years old during Schoolies Weeks 1 to 3 will be considered as a Schoolies booking. Additional forms and bond payments are required for these bookings 14 days prior to arrival. We do not allow any minors to stay without parents/guardians at any other time.

Max Occupancy

A maximum of two adults are allowed to stay in a one-bedroom apartment. A maximum of four adults are allowed to stay in a two-bedroom apartment. Only one additional child staying with a parent or legal guardian can exceed the max occupancy, and will result in an additional child charge.

COVID Cancellation

An exception to our 14-day cancellation policy will be granted for only the following two scenarios: 1. If Byron Bay or the guest's residential LGA is in lockdown on the scheduled arrival date. 2. If there is a border closure between the guest's home state and NSW on the scheduled arrival date. Please note: To be issued a refund, guests will be required to submit proof in the form of a government-issued photo ID. We do not take into consideration personal transit decisions that may negatively impact a guest's ability to travel interstate.

Deposit and Payment

A deposit will be required if you book holidays and peak seasons. The full amount of the booking is due 14 days before your arrival. If your booking is made within 14 days of the check-in date, full payment is due at the time of booking. A credit card surcharge of 1.5% applies.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel more than 14 days before your check-in date, your deposit and any monies paid will be refunded. If you cancel within 14 days of arrival, or in case of no-shows and early departures, you will be required to pay the full amount of your booking. No credit will be given for early departures or no-shows.
